General Summary:
The Territory Accounts Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of acquiring new customers and revenue streams. This role focuses on advocang our bin cleaning and product transfer services to agriculture customers in a financially prudent manner. The ideal candidate embodies a tenacious and dedicated approach, leveraging creavity, enthusiasm, and unwavering determinaon to expand and finalize new business ventures.
Dues and Responsibilies:
• Execute a high-velocity market entry strategy, rapidly establishing impacul relaonships, breaking through entry barriers, and idenfying and capitalizing on opportunies.
• Proficiently deliver a targeted elevator pitch with a primary emphasis on planned maintenance services over emergency intervenons.
• Culvate robust relaonships through effecve communicaon with prospects, customers, and influenal decision-makers overseeing expenditures.
• Strategize and plan for project and revenue expansion while ensuring adherence to customer service standards, driving profitability, and managing expenses.
• Serve as an advocate and adept problem-solver, consistently priorizing the best interests of customers and prospects.
• Collaborate on developing soluons for customers and prospects facing equipment or storage challenges.
• Idenfy market trends and customer demands while evaluang compeve pressures.
• Asservely fill and nurture the sales opportunity pipeline.
• Successfully clear comprehensive background checks for access to company and customer premises.
• Perform addional incidental dues as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Educaonal Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
Required Cerficaon/Licensure: None.
Experience Requirements:
• Five years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combinaon of educaon and experience.
• Proven track record in account management and establishing relaonships with key decision-makers responsible for expenditures.
• Familiarity with the agriculture industry is highly advantageous.
Required Knowledge/ Skills:
• Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling and building producve relaonships with prospects.
• Exhibit creave and entrepreneurial acumen in the pursuit of sustained growth.
• Ability to deliver persuasive presentaons resulng in new business closures.
• Strong capacity to assimilate technical informaon and arculate our storage cleaning and product transfer processes.
• Exceponal verbal and writen communicaon skills, adeptness in multasking, and a proacve approach to prospecng.

Physical and Environmental Demands:
• Capable of liing/carrying materials up to 50 lbs.

Travel:
• Able to travel up to 70% of the me.
• Travel primarily by car for extended duraons within the states of Minnesota, Northern Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Working Condions:
Combinaon of indoor and outdoor inclement working environments.
Some exposure to varying weather condions, including extreme cold, heat, and humidity.
Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, elevated or precarious locaons, electrical hazards, vibraons, airborne parcles, chemicals, explosives, and radiaon risks.
Typically, a quiet work environment (except during on-site crew acvies).
