Description
The Client Account Representative is responsible to take over customer account management responsibilities. The successful applicant will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our product offerings. As a Client Account Representative, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will report to the Director of Account Management and manage a minimum of 6 accounts with as many as 10 at any given time.
What You'll Do:
• Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns
• Participate in and improve upon in-house brand promotions
• Engage with clients daily via live contact and follow-up
• Proactively manage clients and become subject matter experts on client products and Visible services
• Build and maintain solid, long-lasting client relationships
• Audit weekly client invoices and identify discrepancies
• Liaison with the client and operations team in all locations to ensure services, inventories, and unique situations are handled promptly and in a responsive manner
• Coordinate and participate in client visits and be able to travel as needed
• Analyze client services and opportunities to help reduce cost and improve services and product care
• Operate as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned clients

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or other related field
• 2 years experience in account management
• Computer Experience including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience
• Experience in the logistics/Freight field
• Experience working with Salesforce software or other sales management software
