A New Tomorrow Cleaning is looking for team leaders to lead our team of cleaning professionals and ensure that we are providing customers with excellent customer service. The team leader ensures that the cleaning professionals within our organization are completing all tasks correctly and efficiently. The team leader will make sure product orders come through, monitor how well employees are doing, and take corrective actions when necessary to help improve performance levels across-the-board for every staff member engaged with cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Training staff on proper cleaning methods
• Oversee staff on a daily basis
• Motivate team members and keep up the morale of the team
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Resolve any issue that may occur on the job
• Respond to customers request and report feedback to management
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products

• Ensure that team members are able to follow the schedule and communicate any issues that may occur.
• Pickup and drop off of supplies

Requirements and skills

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience or similar role
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including some evenings
• High school diploma is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
