SUMMARY

This position is under the direct supervision of the General Manager and is responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of assets, personnel, customers and all visitors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Anduzzi’s Sports Club
• Enforces crowd control during times of peak volume
• Responsible for verifying customers entering Anduzzi’s property are of legal drinking age.
• May perform duties to help expedite bar service
• Monitors and reports on security and safety realtated matters to the MOD

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role does not have any direct supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Lifting- up to 25lbs frequently, up to 40lbs occasionally. Stands and walks constantly. Listen to and comprehends instructions from Guests and coworkers over background restaurant and equipment noise constantly. Frequent hand washing required as is the ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
