About the Opportunity: The role of Production Associate (Unloader/Loader/Catcher ) is to perform is to support the Machine Operators in various tasks such as loading and unloading presses, catching garments, and preparing and reclaiming screens.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure work order accuracy through the production stages
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment via daily cleaning procedures
• Notify management of any maintenance or repairs required on equipment
• Perform quality inspections on raw and finished goods during production

• Conduct physical inventory counts
• Perform all tasks in an efficient and accurate manner to drive optimum

• Maintain a strong balance of speed and accuracy to ensure finished goods are

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required by Management

• 1 year experience with screen printing as an Unloader/Loader or Catcher
• Must be able to lift and /or move up to 50lbs at times
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to read, write and comprehend written or oral instructions
• Strong attention to detail
