Your skill set.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Solid customer service orientation and qualities with experience in a reception, customer service, or hospitality role
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal, and an ability to easily converse with others
  • Organization, responsiveness, and ability to handle challenges with poise and tact
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for design and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to remain positive, nimble, and flexible while navigating multiple, often overlapping schedules, software programs, and stakeholder group communications
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment, and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and prioritizing daily activities under the general guidance of a team lead
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to be present in the office for daily in-office needs
  • Must have own vehicle, be insurable and able to travel to various worksites, as needed
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or possess a work visa to legally work in the U.S.

A day in the life of an Experience Coordinator.

  • Communicate with staff, clients and community members in person, by phone and via email
  • Collaborate with the Culture Crew to enhance office culture through events and activities
  • Help drive staff morale, connection and engagement by strategically planning and executing creative firm events, including annual holiday parties, company retreats, offsite staff meetings, happy hours, community service projects, etc.
  • You are a trusted member of the team, confident with handling confidential information professionally
  • You will have the opportunity to thrive in a role where you can be organized, driven, and proactive
  • Strategically schedule multiple calendars to make sure time commitments flow smoothly and seamlessly with the ability to be agile with up to minute changes when needed
  • You’re on point, running the behind the scenes so seamlessly it looks effortless
  • You’ll edit contracts, and provide administrative support to staff for special projects, as requested
  • Maintain, stock and sanitize front office, conference rooms and kitchen areas
  • Order supplies, make travel arrangements and run errands as necessary
  • Daily DJ- This is a big responsibility! You choose the mood and find the spotify station to keep our front office vibin'
  • Some days you're playing the role of host with the most and some days your knee deep in spreadsheets, working on your own. Either way you're confident with your value and enjoy knowing A&E Design is better because you're here
  • Perform other duties as required/directed
