We are seeking qualified caregivers to provide home-based care to the elderly. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors or adults with special needs, and will possess the desire to assist individuals with disabilities in a one-on-one capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Treat people in the home with kindness and respect.
• Assist people in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Keep the home safe and clean.
• Keep an eye out for any unusual behavior.
• Deal with difficult situations.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed/certified CNA/NAR/HCA’s or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
• Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
• Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
• Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)
• Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving)
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
