Underground Printing (UGP’s) Mission Statement is to help bring customer communities to life through custom branded apparel & merchandise.

We produce all of our printed apparel in our Main factory in Michigan & with 172,000 SF of screen printing and embroidery production and over 300 employees. We serve both B2C and B2B customers such as non profits, retailers, and Universities through our 44 store and office locations across the United States. Additionally we help brands and licensors sell online both through company branded and marketplace websites.
We are seeking a responsible, qualified Delivery Driver for our Ypsilanti production facility and warehouse!
Prior experience in a production environment is not necessary. This position starts at $15 an hour and we provide on the job, paid training!
Ten days of paid time off* and 7 paid holidays are given to all full-time Team Members, with the opportunity to earn raises, promotions and additional PTO (*Prorated if start date is after April 1st). Full-time Team Members are also eligible to join our 401(k) Plan -- with employer 4% matching. All Team Members are eligible for a 40% discount, plus - you get to wear jeans & a T-shirt to work!
UGP offers Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance to all full-time Team Members as low as $60 per pay! UGP offers a variety of different employer-contributed PPO Medical Insurance plan options to choose from through Priority Health, as well as Dental Insurance through Delta Dental and Vision Insurance through Eyemed.
UGP offers a set schedule, 9:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday. Optional overtime opportunities are also available!
