98point6 is Hiring a Remote Director, Product Management
98point6 is looking for a Director of Product Management with a track record of success in shipping enterprise products. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing on different areas of our product roadmap to deliver on our mission. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity and will work in a culture that is inclusive and customer-focused. You will lead a team that believes in our mission and understands our customer and business needs. You will lead with a strong sense of pride, accountability and rigor.
- Build consensus on product strategy, prioritize backlog and work closely with various internal and external partners to align on trade-offs and priorities
- Define key success metrics, GTM approach and craft data-focused tracking of feature adoption and performance
- Craft the vision and set goals for your product areas, making links to overall company strategic objectives
- Use critical thinking, data, and product judgment to establish and maintain a prioritized product roadmap informed by user and market research, patient and physician feedback, our compliance team and other internal stakeholders
- Stay on top of industry trends related to your product area and make recommendations about strategic areas of investment, including build vs. buy decisions
- Recruit, inspire, coach and retain a diverse team of product managers
- 10 years of experience in Product Management
- 3 years of team management experience
- Experience shipping complex enterprise products in different industry verticals
- Demonstrated focus on customers and a commitment to creating products that delight users
- Outstanding external and internal stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical
- Proven ability to think strategically about business challenges

- Experience in shipping Healthcare products in the United States
