You will be part of a small team of three Logistics Coordinators in Tucson, dedicated to supporting our Cement Organization, moving our products from Tucson to our customers around the globe. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment involving different cultures and different challenges. Your Responsibilities Work daily with multiple types of couriers and logistics companies to coordinate transportation needs in a timely manner. Ensure accurate and complete documentation for each shipment. Logging and tracking of shipments and providing updates as requested. Professionally communicate with internal and external customers and vendors expediently. What you bring High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines. Strong attention to detail, above average organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain good relationships with both external and internal customers. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
