Works weekends and holidays as assigned. Provides accurate feedback and oversees performance of Physical Therapist Assistants and makes recommendations for ongoing progress of treatment. Demonstrates behaviors which foster a positive work environment. Maintains all aspects of licensure/certification including CEU requirements. Maintains program productivity standards. Participates in PI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of program. Demonstrates the ability to understand and react effectively to unique needs of patients in all group(s) served.and maintains appropriate ethical conduct at all times.
