Essential Responsibilities (included but are not limited to): Possesses detailed operational knowledge of equipment to operate within specified quality/quantity limits. Sets up and debugs labeling equipment to specification. Maintains equipment to produce labels within specified quality and quantity limits. Responsible for maintaining equipment log for each piece of equipment. Repairs labeling equipment within capability and reports major repair to appropriate designee. Performs preventative maintenance on labeling equipment as specified in plant preventative maintenance (PMP program or as needed. Allocates product to DC’s and international customers based on allocation process through APO and SAP. Coordinates with shipping associates the priorities associated with shipping activities. Creates documentation associated with shipping product domestically and internationally. Coordinates outbound and delivery of trailers for the smooth flow of product to DC’s. Creates documentation and coordinates pick up activities with LTL shipments. Compiles and distributes daily yard check report. Trains individuals to specific work activities in the warehouse. Assists with updating policies and procedures to specific work activities in the warehouse. Participates in corporate traffic initiatives. Coordinates activities of the product donation program. Assists in ensuring the department is in compliance with all regulations. Assists Team Leader in accomplishing the goal of being accident free. Responsible for receiving raw materials in SAP. Responsible for the movement of cannula and raw materials to/from storage locations in the warehouse. Responsible for troubleshooting any discrepancies in raw materials. Coordinates priorities of raw material movement. Coordinates movement of materials between primary building and building 2. Initiates freight claims as required. Smock management. Responsible for cycle count reconciliation. Works with suppliers on shipping and quality issues. Performs other duties as assigned by Team Leader and required to support the needs of the business. Obey all company policies, standards and rules, including but not limited to: Safety policies and rules (including lockout procedures); Quality policies and rules Must maintain regular, punctual attendance. Regularly required to take a leading role, such as assigning activities to other associates who perform work that is similar or closely related to this position (less than 50% of the time).
