7G partners with petroleum tank owners nationwide to mitigate the risk of petroleum release into the environment, while ensuring their facilities maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. 

What you will do:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations within their assigned regions to achieve compliance with Federal and State regulations and ensure the 7G Standard is upheld. They will supervise a team to include routing, expense management, and performance management, among other responsibilities, within the assigned region. The position requires working outside in all reasonable weather conditions. The chosen candidate may be away from home for up to or more than 5 days at a time, multiple times a month.

• Manage a team of Field Inspectors to include, routing, expense management, and performance management.
• Manage the daily operations of the region in accordance with company policies and guidelines to support the organization.
• Monitor and maintain expense management for the assigned region.
• Ensure all employees operating within the assigned region have the required safety and PPE equipment.
• Assists with recruiting, interviewing, and scheduling working interviews for candidates.
• Partner with the National Training & Development Director to ensure training is assigned and coordinated with all employees within the region.
• Obtain the VeederRoot Level 4, Franklin EVO, Wyoming (U3 Tank Tester), Utah (Tank Installer or Tester), California, National ICC, and Hazwoper 40, and other relevant training/certifications as assigned. 
• Partner with the routing department to manage each route within the assigned region.
• Manage vehicle maintenance issues and monitor vehicle usage via E-Fleets and fleet management devices. 
• Available to travel for emergency route discrepancies.
• Partner with the Compliance Analyst team to ensure the quality of inspections is maintained. 
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of Federal EPA and state UST/AST regulations for commonly seen equipment located at client sites.
• Conduct QA/QC of previously inspected sites by all inspectors.
• Extensive travel (driving) is required for this position.

• You will frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• You will regularly be required to use your hands to touch, handle, or feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.

What you need:

You will be required to obtain multiple state certifications within 30-90 days of employment. Company vehicle, iPad tablet, tools, and reimbursement for business expenses will be provided.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or a minimum of four (4) years of combined experience and management training courses. 
• Minimum of two (2) years increasingly responsible experience as an environmental compliance inspector
• Three (3) years’ experience in a supervising or management role.
• Current valid driver’s license and clean driving history
• Obtain the Class A & Class B Underground Storage Tank Operator training relevant to your region or any locations needed to maintain compliance
