7G Environmental Compliance Management is Hiring a Compliance Analyst Near Tallahassee, FL

OVERVIEW: The Compliance Analyst I is responsible for processing and analyzing inspection reports submitted by field staff to determine that each report meets regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive technical information from inspectors, industry professionals, automatic tank gauges (or SIR), and requests from non-7G personnel via phone.
  • Analyze received information to determine the necessary corrective action to return the facility to compliance.
  • Communicate information and corrective actions professionally with clients, 7G team members, regulators, and contractors.
  • You will work closely with Client Managers to create the best experience for our clients.
  • You must maintain a basic knowledge of iPads, office software systems, and phone etiquette.
  • May be assigned other tasks as needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING:

A combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is acceptable

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Environmental Sciences or related field preferred; High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in the environmental compliance industry preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Must have national ICC certification either national and or UST certification or able to obtain them within the first 90 days.
  • Obtain class A & Class B operator training for all assigned report regions

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Apple/MAC devices
  • iOS operating system
  • Internet Software: Google Chrome

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
