782 Chickasaw Health Consulting LLC is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Atlanta, GA

SUMMARY The Program Analyst will provide planning and support for a large healthcare initiative for our client, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This position will play a vital role in providing support for the COVID-19, and other related pandemic responses, through the Center for Preparedness and Response (CPR). The Analyst provides support in translating programmatic and business driven requirements into, and provides quality control for, deliverable submissions; reviews pharmaceutical vendor invoicing and reports for accuracy; identifies trends and provides input on addressing future needs for the program office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the integration of CNI Core Competencies into daily functions, including commitment to integrity, knowledge/quality of work, supporting financial goals of the company, initiative/motivation, cooperation/relationships, problem analysis/discretion, accomplishing goals through organization, positive oral/written communication skills, leadership abilities, commitment to Affirmative Action, reliability/dependability, flexibility, and ownership/accountability of actions taken. The candidate will be responsible for providing contract monitoring to include monitoring and management support of the Testing Services Pharmacy Partner Support effort. The ideal candidate for this position will: Collect, analyze, synthesize, and document client business needs pertaining to business office operations. Support program coordination and administration including deliverables, reporting compliance, invoicing, financial analysis, cost control, and budgetary review. Provide the confirmation and analysis of partner data submissions and monitor tracking of contract deliverables. Observe QA/QC practices in the review of deliverables for compliance and completion. Review, analyze, and propose contract modification language for general quality following consideration of financial and programmatic impacts. Maintain organization contract document repositories and files to include contract documents, analysis, estimates, and presentations. Perform validation of invoices for accuracy and validity prior to recommendation of payment. Support cost analysis and invoice reconciliation using organization reporting data to validate invoiced items using best practices and communicate issues as they arise in accordance with protocol. Provide programmatic support to vendors including tracking of communications from vendors and participating in follow up with partners and Industry Engagement. Participate in the creation or redesign of financial reports and communication supporting processes and procedures. Support the development, review, analysis and documentation of new and enhanced SOPs, templates, manuals, and guidance documentation. Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output. Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company. Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and co-workers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions as the best of own ability. Promotes and encourages a culture of compliance with all applicable rules (federal, state, local, Federal Acquisition Regulations, Code of Federal Regulations, Prime Contract requirements, etc.) for themselves and the company as a whole. Fosters an environment in which they will report any violations or reasonably suspected violation of CNI policy, FAR, and/or CFR and are comfortable discussing the myriad compliance, conflict, FAR, CFR, etc. issues that arise during the performance of a government contract. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience conducting administrative budget support and/or financial analysis for public health initiatives. Experience with FAR/DFAR and the Invoice is required, CDC experience is a plus. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR. Working knowledge of the CDC invoicing systems. Excellent analytical and organization skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish the goals of the team and organization. Must have excellent oral, verbal, written communication skills. Ability to lead or contribute to the development of technical reports and procedures Must have advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio. Compliance Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Ability to track record of success in supporting complex, large-scale technology initiatives, federal space preferred. Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills. Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills. Exceptional organization skills with ability to prioritize tasks and to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines in a highly collaborative, team environment. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Basic math skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Work is performed in an office environment. There is a regular requirement to sit and candidates will be required use hands to handle objects and operate a computer in an office environment. Occasionally the candidate will be required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity includes close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Candidate will be exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
