75F is seeking a talented and professional Talent Success Generalist to join our Talent team and manage all human resources procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.
The main responsibilities for this position include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, enforcing policies & procedures, and performance management. You will work closly with our Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations, teams to develop strong knowledge and understadning of how our business works in order to partner with our leaders in building the teams and culture we need to achieve our ambitous goals.
