We are an IT firm providing outsourced technical support and IT solutions designed on a per client basis to the SMB market throughout the L.A, Ventura, and Orange County areas. We are looking for an ambitious, Network Engineer who wants to grow with our company. We are a small and energetic group growing at a fast pace.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Setup, configure and manage network infrastructures including routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless solutions 

· Support multiple custom network environments

· Identify, troubleshoot, resolve data networking related issues and/or design network solutions

· Evaluate and recommend new or upgraded products to enhance the performance of the LAN/ WAN

· Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues as they arise

· Provide timely and accurate progress status on all ongoing support issues, with an emphasis on client satisfaction

· Document Troubleshooting procedures

· Create Network/Infrastructure documentation

· Communicating networking issues to other employees and management

Requirements

· Individual must possess good hardware, software, operating system and troubleshooting skills

· Solid understanding of VPN technologies, SDWAN, MPLS, Point-to-Point Connectivity

· Strong oral, client relation and written communication skills

· Good project management and organizational skills

· Must be an initiative-taker and able to multi-task 

· Microsoft/Cisco/Meraki/VMware certifications preferred

· Experience with Automate/ConnectWise MSP a plus

· MSP (Managed Services Provider) work experience preferred

· 5 Years of experience managing/supporting and or deploying network infrastructures

· Experience deploying and maintaining both physical and virtual Windows Server Environments preferred

· Strong background in Microsoft Windows Server administration required, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File Services, and Remote Desktop Services preferred
