5th Avenue Recruiting is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Pompano Beach, FL

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant in Pomano Beach to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

Part time temp to perm (Monday – Friday) 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary $15 - $17/HR

REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Competence with computers - MUST be able to use Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Reliable/Quick learner
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage priorities independently 
  • Attention to detail & highly organized
