How to contribute to our vision Are you a dedicated and driven individual, who has a background in Finance & Commercial Project management? Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is looking for Commercial Project manager (CPM) to join our Offshore business. The CPM is the finance and commercial project lead and counterpart to the Project Manager and is a key part of the leadership team in the execution of large, complex Offshore Wind Projects and reports to the Commercial Head of Projects, Offshore. As part of the role, you will have following tasks: Successful execution of Offshore Wind Projects as measured by timely completion, quality of completion, financial outcome, customer satisfaction and Health and Safety performance Management of key internal stakeholder including senior management and the project Steering Committee. Ownership of the accurate monthly forecasting and financial reporting of the project, Risk and Opportunity Management and compliance with internal and external accounting and reporting guidelines Ensuring cash flow is effectively managed in accordance with the contract in a timely manner Management of Bonds and Guarantees in relation to the contract. Ensuring compliance with correct ECC standards and practices. Ensure timely and complete / relevant insurance coverage throughout the Project. Responsibility for Contract Management including all claims with key stakeholders, adherence with contractual deadlines and recording and resolution of all claims related events in terms of duration, consequences and financial impact. Interact with other project teams to ensure knowledge sharing and identification of best practice What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for: You possess a university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or similar Extensive finance and commercial experience in large complex projects, a PM certification is an advantage (such as IPMA or others) Demonstrable experience in financial forecasting, Risk Management and Contract and claim management. A professional qualification such as Accounting and Finance or Quantity Surveying Strong leadership and intercultural skills Strong analytical skills combined the ability to communicate with clear and precise wording. Possess strong stakeholder management skills and can communicate across all organizational levels You are fluent in English.
