Position: Security Training Specialist- Instructional Design
Location: Responsible for locations within specific geographic region (i.e. AAH Patient Service Areas, or PSA)
Part Time; Day Shift
PURPOSE: Delivers and refines an integrated and multi-modality Workplace Violence Prevention (WPV) Training Program for AAH’s ~70,000 employees that is best-in-class for WPV prevention; managing aggressive behavior; recognizing & reporting workplace violence indicators; and mitigating risk factors by incorporating lessons learned from incidents and near misses into tailored prevention & response protocols. All training strategies and programs will be designed for the ultimate purpose of reducing the number of WPV incidents and their severity.
