Summary The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for supporting leadership throughout the organization by gathering, organizing, verifying, and visualizing data to gain insight and improve decision making. He/she will work closely with the executive leadership team and data specialists to develop dashboards and reporting that drive data-centric business management. Support the Business Intelligence Team with administering our business intelligent tools and on-going data projects to aide in business wide data driven decision making Interact with executive leadership and data specialists to collect, cleanse, organize, and analyze business data to create useable and meaningful visualizations and dashboards Evaluate business data processes, recurring meetings, and leadership reports to automate these processes through our business intelligence tools Identify new data sources and transform the raw data into useable, clean, and organized data that can connect with other datasets within the business Understand the links between data sources, processes, systems, business issues, and people to support analytical business management Assess data quality, correlation, and be able to analyze and interpret trends or patterns in large complex datasets Assist in driving a data-centric business culture Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or related field 3 pertinent years of Business Intelligence/Analytics experience Must have a problem solving mindset Experience with databases and data reporting Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to executive leadership Experience with BI / Data Visualizations tools (Domo, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Preferred Skills Familiarity with statistical analysis R, Python, or SQL Security Responsibilities Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form.
