Job Description Arc XP is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations leader who can build a data-driven organization that will help Arc XP continue its fast growth trajectory. As the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll be a crucial part of the sales leadership team, helping build and implement our revenue strategy, implementing processes, managing a growing tech stack, and providing insights we can take action on. Responsibilities Proactively surface insights and make informed recommendations about where we should place go-to-market bets. Build and manage a team that will oversee sales and marketing ops, CRM & tech stack, data analysis, and eventually, deal desk. Develop and deliver a dashboard/reporting structure across sales, customer success, and marketing performance. Build the GTM strategy with the revenue team, looking for optimization in pricing, territory design, our target market, and much more Partner closely with the finance organization and find alignment between short-term and long-term objectives. Lead the sales operating cadence, including forecast calls, quarterly reviews, etc. Qualifications You have at least eight years of Sales/Marketing/Rev Ops experience in B2B enterprise tech space with experience leading teams Ideally, you have experience in Marketing Operations and have learned to gain insight from many data sources. You deeply understand key SaaS metrics, how to connect data across GTM functions, and how to optimize a business based on these outputs. You have experience in communicating with a broad team and can distill sophisticated concepts and analyses into concise and practical conclusions. The salary range for this position is: $131,800.00 - $219,600.00 The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
