Reporting to the Production Supervisor, Machine Operators are integral part of the team tasked setting up and operating our production equipment. Our Machine Operators are dynamic self-starters who adapt to an evolving environment, thrive under pressure of meeting deadlines along with a strong work ethic. What you’ll do: Set-up and operate one or more of the following machines: KOMAX, SMT, conformal coating, AI, wave, selective solder, etc. Follow work instructions and/or job traveler included in a kit with required material/parts to complete the job Operate and set-up a machine to manufacture a product (i.e., PCB, wires, etc.) to supporting customer guidelines and acceptable quality standards (i.e. ISO, IPC, etc.) Perform basic daily and weekly maintenance recommended by manufacturer What will make you stand out?
