POSITION SUMMARY: Accurate and timely completion of route accounting including the inputting of the deposits, researching driver’s variances, updating, and running all respective reports. REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary. Upload driver’s handhelds. Input deposits and check accuracy of total deposit. Input corrections from variance sheets and create new invoices when necessary. Balance all routes. Distribute all respective reports. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION: Equivalent of (1) Associated degree in Accounting or closely related field and 2 years of route accounting experience OR (2) 4 years of directly applicable experience. Experience with confidential files, documents and other information. Related training or certification.
