Almanac works alongside proven management teams, providing capital and resources to protect value, generate ongoing yield, and target significant portfolio growth. Responsibilities: Perform diversified administrative duties for senior business leader, requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills and ability to operate effectively within a global organization Heavy and complex travel, scheduling and calendar management. This requires coordinating changing schedules and preparing for meetings and conference calls by having all related documentation and logistics in place Collate and assemble materials and arrange meetings/presentations Utilize various software packages and tools to compile information and to edit or refine high quality reports, spreadsheets, presentations and documents Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner Other administrative duties as role and knowledge of the business evolves Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience as administrative assistant, OR any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
