We specialize in top-quality direct-hire, temp-to-hire, and strategy consulting services virtually and on-site. 3TG specializes in business operations positions from entry-level to upper-level management, in a variety of industries. 

POSITION SUMMARY

The Content Manager will work closely with the Director Community to support the organization’s marketing and communications strategy. Core responsibilities include creating compelling content assets across multiple internal and external-facing brand communication collateral, materials, channels and platforms. In addition, responsible for monitoring its success, keeping content current, maintaining up-to-date content editorial calendars and timelines.

Content may include but not limited to writing, editing and publishing SEO content such as blog articles, newsletters, video clips, infographics and social media content (i.e. IG Live) and/or webinars.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Exceptional writing and editing skills in developing content, while maintaining brand style, tone and voice.

· Experience executing and managing tasks associated with marketing/communication strategic plans and associated marketing campaigns.

· Experience preparing creative/feature content for print and digital/social media platforms.

· Strong knowledge of print, electronic, and digital media operations, innovations and trends.

· Proficiency with AP Style guidelines in copywriting and copy editing assignments.

· Familiarity pitching media, supporting media placement opportunities, and developing relationships with media representatives.

· Working skills using Adobe Creative Suite, including, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Canva.

· Experienced in developing and managing content in a CRM, Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Webinar Platforms (Zoom or WebinarJam).

· Experience with CRM, WordPress, and other common digital publishing platforms.

· Savvy and knowledgeable of social media trends, innovations, and technology.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Mass Media, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related Communications field is required.

· 3 years’ experience in a brand writing, social media management, or marketing/communications role (organization or agency).

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple demands.

· Experience working with people of diverse background.

Requirements 

• A Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, literature, marketing or other related fields 
• Experience as a content creator in prior roles creating strong and engaging content

• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Prior job experience in web traffic metrics, HTML and web publishing
• Proficiency with content management systems and analytics software's
• Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills
