The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a production operator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Works with moderate work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Worker will operate production machines to perform operations or produce parts. Sets up machines, loads raw material into machines, manually operates machines, and unloads finished product from machine. Works from written or verbal instructions and general operating procedures, which requires the application of some judgment and selectivity. Operator has control over product quality. Good mechanical aptitude and skills are required. Basic data entry and computer proficiency preferred. Hourly pay ranges from $19.24 up to $23.50 shift premium of $0.95 Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Working a third (3rd shift) approximately 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
