We are a growing physical therapist owned practice in Dallas, TX looking for an experienced clinic manager/physical therapist who is either board-certified in orthopedics or has advanced manual therapy skills.
In this role, the clinic manager will ensure all patients receive the highest quality of care while performing daily management and oversight of operations for the clinical facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills and have a proven history of leading clinic staff and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Clinic manager will also provide mentorship/professional development training among staff physical therapists and will have some business development responsibilities based on relationship building with like-minded professional partners in the community.
Qualifications:
Must have clinical degree from an accredited physical therapy program
Minimum of three (3) years of outpatient rehabilitation experience
Minimum two (2) years of outpatient supervisory experience
A strong understanding of state, federal and local regulations pertaining to outpatient rehabilitation
Ability to lead and manage clinic operations
Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills
