We are looking for remarkable creative talent, a dynamic, collaborative go–getter who will be responsible for taking the 3Cloud creative to the next level. As Sr. Creative Strategist, you will be a primary brand steward who builds and maintains all 3Cloud creative assets and brand guidelines.

You should have experience working closely with all functional marketing areas and know how to market solutions for a US, B2B, tech audience. You can design compelling narratives based on client success and outcomes. You must understand best practices relative to each channel and rely on data to inform creative decisions. Knowing how creativity impacts CTR (click-through-rates), UX (user experience), CRO (conversion rates) and other marketing related metrics is a must to develop successful creative briefs relative to the channels the asset will be deployed on.

In addition to your strong creative spirit, you are a stickler for details, quality and governance. You proactively communicate across stakeholders to keep deliverable on track by bringing solid project management skills.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, manage, and execute all creative design for 3Cloud including brand guidelines, design elements, content templates, and thoughtful campaign concepts. 
• Act has project leader to all creative projects you are responsible for, ensuring work is properly prioritized and resources so it is delivered in accordance to SLAs and excellent quality.
• Produce and build templated library for quick-turn around assets to support the business.
• Ensure consistency across multiple touchpoints and contexts, threading big and small deliverables together while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Act as an internal resource and provide leadership on brand guidelines and resources that make it easy for all brand collaborators to support and uphold our brand.
• Provide guidance, feedback and tools necessary to continually develop the quality and accuracy of creative materials.

About You

• 5 years experience in a creative strategy role
• Portfolio of work showcasing creative abilities
• Bachelors degree or masters degree in Graphic Design 
• Expert knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of project management software (I.e. Workfront, Asana, ZenDesk)
• Deep experience in the US market in B2B, tech
• Knowledge of brand strategy and the foundational elements that guide impactful creative
• You thrive in a fast-paced, creative and entrepreneurial environment
• Operational and project management experience leading creative teams
