Principal Project Manager

This is a remote based role in US only. Travel potentially up to 30%.

What you will do:

A Principal Project Manager will be responsible for leading 3Cloud's largest and most complex engagements for our enterprise clients. This role may directly manage large/complex projects or oversee and direct a program that consists of multiple projects contributing to a client's strategic initiatives.

• Manage and build lasting relationships with many stakeholders across a client's organization and within 3Cloud including C level executives.
• Lead companies through technology transformations in the Azure and/or cloud space that result in solving our client's most pressing business problems.
• Navigate complex organizations to achieve impactful and sustainable change.
• Help our clients define, prioritize, budget, staff and execute their strategic initiatives.
• Successfully manage a complex project or oversee and direct a program consisting of multiple projects in a matrixed organization.
• Implement a project management methodology for a set of projects and teams that will result in consistency, transparency, and predictability.
• Achieve a delightful delivery experience for clients and our teams.

We are looking for:

• 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Client Partner, or equivalent roles that have led complex projects or programs through technology transformations
• Experience participating and/or leading projects focused on cloud infrastructure and security, cloud migrations, data & analytics, and custom software development
• Experience in negotiation, vendor management, scope management, project planning, project budgeting, issue management, risk management, change management, knowledge management, contract management, relationship management and resource management
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, MS Teams, Salesforce, FinancialForce
• A knack for teamwork – you are at your best in a closely collaborative environment
• Experience with the Gap Selling framework a plus
