Position Title:

Commercial Project Advisor

Kingdom provides service and installation for flat and low slope roofing, metal roofing, HOA, and multi-family projects. Part of that commitment would be to perform job site visits, property inspections, core tests, and pull tests on low-slope projects. As a Project Advisor, you will need to know how to create estimates, budgets, proposals, and contracts.

Position Type:

Full-Time, Work is in-person

Description of Duties:

• Minimum of 12 months experience in commercial roofing sales.
• Experience in inspecting roofs, identifying roof problems, scoping solutions, creating cost-to-produce budgets, building proposals & contracts, and selling roof solutions to the customer.
• Knowledge of various roof systems, materials, and construction processes
• Valid driver's license and smartphone required
• Able to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards
• Build and develop productive working relationships with colleagues
• Working knowledge of Indiana construction, safety, and regulations
• Proficient with technology and able to learn new software
• Honesty, reliability, and kindness are all important to our workplace environment

Schedule:

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Given the nature of the Commercial department and the demand to work around the seasons and the weather, it is expected that the Project Advisor is flexible in their schedule. Company-assigned appointment times are scheduled the month in advance, Project Advisors have the ability to submit their availability each month. Minimum requirements for availability do apply, including 2 appointment slots on Saturday each month.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay: $60-$80k annually commissionCommission Rate: 2-3% for projects after 1 million dollars in sales
