As the VP of Marketing, you will work closely with 365 leaders, your marketing team, consultants, and a variety of people across the entire company to oversee, develop, and employ various marketing initiatives, communications, and branding efforts to achieve our short- and long-term goals. You must have a successful track record of establishing and leading marketing in a dynamic, high-growth B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate has significant expertise building awareness and developing programs that drive qualified leads and revenue.

About You

  • You’re a globally-minded executive with deep and diverse experience in all facets of modern B2B SaaS marketing: growth and demand generation, content and brand, customer marketing and advocacy, and marketing operations
  • You have developed a marketing strategy and roadmap in partnership with sales, account management, and product
  • You have a strong understanding of how to leverage customer and market insights, buyer personas, value selling, and competitive differentiation to generate qualified leads
  • You have successfully used B2B SaaS Marketing techniques such as Account-based Marketing, Video and Content Marketing, SEO optimization, etc. as part of your experience
  • A creative thinker who is excited about the challenge and opportunity of building a brand and marketing strategy that aligns with the future goals of 365.
  • You’re a leader - someone who inspires, motivates, develops and coaches your team. You know how to nurture talent to bring their best ideas to the table and create a collaborative and accountable environment.
  • You understand the importance of visual appeal, and only authorize collateral that reflects it 
  • You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
  • You can handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively 
  • You are creative and innovative
  • You are customer-centric and can identify and meet customer needs
  • You’re able to see the bigger picture and understand relationships between complex issues when problem solving

Responsibilities

Marketing:

  • Implement measurable marketing strategies that profitably create qualified leads, increase sales and grow the brand 
  • Create a repeatable model that will support 365’s ongoing M&A strategy
  • Plan and execute well-performing, well-coordinated campaigns for new and existing products.
  • Develop channel, segment and market strategies to enable targeted marketing.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales and Account Management to make sure all marketing/sales collateral is delivered with a high level of quality.

Communications:

  • Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance 365’s brand identity; broaden awareness of its programs and priorities; and increase the visibility of its programs across key stakeholder audiences 
  • Create public relations strategy that will allow 365 leadership to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences, including the media 
  • Identify emerging communications issues faced by the organization within but not limited to social media, reviews, articles, press releases, etc. Work with 365 leadership team and staff to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them

Requirements

  • Enviable experience in B2B SaaS marketing leadership with tangible proof points
  • 7 years of marketing leadership experience; bonus for international scope
  • Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy at a high growth B2B SaaS organization
  • Experience in building brand awareness and recognition
  • Bonus for experience in a private equity backed organization
  • Knowledge of various B2B SaaS marketing systems and experience leveraging modern yet proven marketing techniques
