Job Title: Home Care Sales Representative
Duties:
Overview:
As a Home Care Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our clientele and promoting our home care services. This position involves proactively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and effectively communicating the benefits of our home care solutions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for making a positive impact on individuals requiring home care.
Responsibilities;
1. Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage potential clients who may benefit from our home care services.
- Conduct outreach through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
2. Consultative Selling:
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ requirements and tailor our home care solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of our services and address any concerns or questions clients may have.
3. Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral sources.
- Attend networking events to promote our home care services and expand our client base.
4. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of home care services and the needs of clients requiring such services.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with a competitive commission structure. Earnings will be based on successful client acquisition and sales performance.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
