ABOUT THE ROLE
A UI/UX Designer at 321 will conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions that consistently invite the user to move through stages of conversion. These designers consistently put user experience first and effectively communicate our client's brand identity, positioning, and messaging. Designers in this position can clearly communicate the “why” behind their interactive designs and the importance of merging beautiful aesthetics with functional, accessible design solutions. They will work closely with the Brand designers, Content Team, Art Director and Creative Director.
