Posting Close Date: August 25th, 2023 The opportunity Reporting to Manager of Contracts – East in Transportation Accounting and Contracts, the Contract Analyst in this role is primarily responsible for processing customer contract requests, processing project related transportation agreements, and facilitating capacity release transactions. What you'll do Creating and facilitating the execution of contracts in accordance with pipeline tariffs, company policies and procedures, including standard contracts, project related contracts, non-conforming contracts, discounts and negotiated rate agreements; Providing interpretation and analysis of contract documents and contract language; Facilitating the daily capacity release process; Providing ongoing database maintenance, data entry and information retrieval; Assisting customers with various inquiries related to service agreements or capacity release; Testing system enhancements; Providing quarterly reports and performing compliance reviews; and Other tasks as required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Three to Five years of related work experience; Customer Service orientation; Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills and the ability to create effective solutions; Ability to handle multiple assignments with varying priorities and due dates; Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook; Experience with querying tools such as Power BI or Power Query is a plus; and Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
