Job Description We are looking for a motivated teammate who will bring a blend of thoughtful, data driven curiosity and pragmatism to information security. The individual needs to have hands on experience acquiring data from multiple data sources to perform analysis. Familiarity with implementation of quant/AI models at financial institutions and having hands-on experience with the model development cycle is desired. The individual will create structure and processes around advanced analytics, ML, and AI solutions, develop requirements with our internal clients and partners, and ensure our key projects are on time and on track for delivery. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, engineering, or data science / analytics Up to two years hands-on experience working with structured and unstructured data in both relational SQL DB as well as Hadoop Working knowledge of building data models to drive advanced analytics Expertise with software or model development using Python and/or R Experience with agile methodologies Experience with developing Tableau dashboards and presentations Preferred Skills/Experience Demonstrated project management skills Master’s degree in a relevant field Experience with managing data-driven approaches, from project ideation to production deployment of data processes, analytical solutions, or predictive models Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Experience with interactive visuals (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Familiarity with cyber security best practices Working knowledge of Spark (Scala/Pyspark) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a collaborative team environment Intellectually curious and a strong desire to gain more information security an data science knowledge #LI-remote If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
