Job Description U.S. Bank is currently seeking a Facility Manager who will direct real estate activities, such as site location, design, planning, construction, space leasing, property management, and maintaining the professional appearance of the interior and exterior of properties. Additional responsibilities include: • Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs; • Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities; • Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs; • Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance; • Represents the organization to both internal employees and non-employee tenants; and • Manages administrative staff directly or indirectly.
