Responsibilities: Report directly to agency Creative Directors Responsible for the ideation and creation of brand and campaign concepts, as well as seminal projects Conduct discovery interviews and research Deliver completed concepts and projects to Creative Directors Help mentor and educate Creatives in the development of strong, creative work Assist the New Business team with presentation delivery Speak on behalf of the agency at conferences Support Creative and Account Directors in daily client management Maintain a working relationship with clients Help prepare for and lead creative presentations Assist in recruitment of Creative staff 160/90 is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
