We are seeking a qualified Social Media Specialist and Storyteller to join our team in Orlando, FL at 26Health. In this role, we are looking for a self-driven strategic thinker and passionate storyteller to produce weekly content for our various social media platforms.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Utilize visuals (photos, videos, infographics) to enhance storytelling and engage audiences.
• Craft compelling stories that resonate on social media, reflecting the brand's values and mission.
• Develop engaging posts, images, videos, and graphics tailored to different platforms.
• Collaborate with VP of Brand Management and Communications Manager to create and execute social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies.
• Implement new strategies to improve social media performance and engagement rates.
• Support organization initiatives with mass communications through social media.
• Manage multiple social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Keeps up with current events and trends to incorporate and translate into our voice for social media content.
• Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
• High school Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience crafting/producing high quality video and film content to engage audiences in a digital format, taking projects from creative inception to completion.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently produce quality work in deadline-driven environment. • Creative, artistic, and collaborative; strong understanding and belief in the power of visual medium to convey key concepts and messages that lead to action and engagement.
• The ability to generate fresh ideas for storytelling methods that captivate and inspire.
• Demonstrated expertise with visual production tools and equipment, including usage of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.) and the latest array of cameras and drones for premium content creation.
• Strong interviewing skills to garner the right soundbites from leadership and staff for content.
