We’re looking for Information Security Analysts to join 24G’s security team. You will have opportunities to use the newest technologies and techniques to secure our organization, platforms, and products.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor 24G environments for signs of compromise and respond to potential security incidents
• Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover vulnerabilities
• Protect 24G systems from internal and external threats
• Help your colleagues become more resilient to cyber threats
• Perform vulnerability scans on our applications

What you will need to succeed

• Ability to follow instructions and ask good clarifying questions
• High aptitude and excitement for learning
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross functional team
• Strong problem solving skills
• Communicates well with others

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of security vulnerabilities
• Basic understanding of information security frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO)
• Pursuing a degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Experience

• Have performed independent research, testing, or tool development on security issues out of curiosity
• Participation on cybersecurity learning platforms such as Tryhackme, Hackthebox
• Experience with Python or Node.js
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Web application development experience to create user interfaces to security tools

This is a paid internship opportunity with options to start in January or May 2024. This program runs for 3-8 months depending on candidate availability. Priority will be given to candidates that are able to participate in the internship program for longer.
