THE ROLE:

In this role, you will develop marketing department strategies that help 24 Hour Home Care innovate the home care industry while maintaining its core mission and values. You will lead a dynamic team that works to build cross-functional initiatives that promote value proposition, leaders, business initiatives and outcomes across all external channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Develop marketing department strategy and oversee operations with goals of driving efficiency for automation with platform and system integrations, and in conjunction with sales and communication lifecycle processes.
  • Lead talent acquisition strategy and retention tactics for clients and caregivers to acquire and build relationships with audiences on digital/social media (including SEO), website, public relations, communication, content/collateral, lifecycle marketing, and the technologies that support.
  • Work cross functionally with leadership, Sales, Operations, Intake, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and IT teams to plan and align against all growth-related initiatives, and create a consistent standard and expectations across all teams
  • Build and manage cross-functional initiatives that articulate brand product/services strategy consistently to key stakeholders: existing and prospective clients, current and potential employees, and the partner communities.

You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person once a week at our corporate office for Team Days! 

The expected California Pay Range for this position is $139,400.00 to $181,000.00.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 7-10 years of effective strategic and creative marketing experience with a solid track record of building national brands, campaigns and acquiring/retaining customers with strong ROI across online and offline mediums
  • Highly energetic, positive and time-efficient leader with exceptional interpersonal skills who can embrace the mission and culture of the company and practice our core values
  • Current creative and analytical experience utilizing digital and social marketing to drive results Experience leading and managing teams against multiple goals and projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Photoshop and web design, as well as SalesForce and HubSpot are a plus!
