YOU ARE:

passionate and performance driven team member eager to play a key role in our company’s growth, while living out our Care & Compete Principles. 24 Hour Home Care is looking for a passionate storytelling Content Marketing Manager to help us grow our B2C client base and expand/retain our B2B partners. This role is based out of our Support Center Office in El Segundo, CA but will be mostly working remote until COVID restrictions are lifted.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support with developing overall content strategy and plan, in alignment with core themes and topics related to 24 Hour Home Care brand and services
  • Execute against the content plan, including creating “core asset” content for use on the website, decks, webinars, and other collateral
  • Develop a variety of content types – website copy, email copy, one sheet copy, editorial copy, PowerPoints, press releases, conversion copy for landing pages, client case studies, video content for digital, award submissions, ad copy, etc.
  • Align with the demand generation function for the execution of ongoing campaigns and website management
  • Oversee and manage external consultants for the development of content, such as creative designers and print vendors
  • Develop bi-monthly client newsletters to nurture both Senior Care and Disability Services clients and provide company information and updates on a regular cadence
  • Support the development of collateral for the sales team and events
  • Ensure on-page content for the website is optimized for SEO with SEO agency and demand generation function
  • Manage and coordinate with other team members and stakeholders, including leading frequent collaborative meetings and workshops
  • Define and develop content performance success metrics and work with Director of Marketing to develop appropriate reports
  • Manage and develop the Marketing Coordinator, overseeing their KPIs, weekly 1x1s, and aligning the social media calendar with the content strategy
  • Manage sales enablement tool and monitor sales content for performance, including weekly report-outs on top users and metrics, competitions, and monthly team-wide updates
  • Collaborate on key company initiatives across departments, serving as a Marketing representative to assist with content needs for a variety of initiatives
  • Nurture prospective clients through marketing automation and effective content

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A content marketing enthusiast with demonstrated success creating high quality content for different channels and formats
  • At least 2 to 3 years of content marketing and business writing experience
  • Passion for telling compelling stories
  • Ability to take complex ideas and make them simple to understand
  • Strong writing and editing skills (grammar obsessed)
  • Strong grasp of target personas
  • Hands-on experience with on-page SEO
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (preferably Hubspot), with a strong understanding of integration with CRM (i.e. Salesforce)
  • BA/BS degree, with a strong understanding of core business concepts.
  • A deep appreciation for collaboration, teammates, and differing perspectives
  • Hyper-organized and a strong ability to prioritize on the go
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools and strategies
