The role of the Sous Chef is to lead the operation of the kitchen. The Sous chef is responsible for directing daily food-related operations and is expected to ensure that quality food standards are being met while upholding the company’s reputation and building a culture based on respect, responsibility, and accountability.
Success in our kitchen will result in a kitchen staff who deliver quality, timely food to ensure that all customers are satisfied and that company goals are being met.
