$5,000.00 Sign – On Bonus! Pay Range: $26-$32 per hour US Ecology is an environmental company that responds to environmental emergencies and services our customers by safely transporting, and either recycling or treating and disposing of hazardous and regulated waste. This job is critical to US Ecology’s mission to protect human health and the environment – we can’t do it without you! This a hard, often dirty, but rewarding job. Every day you can expect something different; from providing services to our regular scheduled customers to responding to emergency calls. Daily duties and equipment vary. We use a variety of equipment including vacuum trucks, tankers, roll offs, gravel dumps, combo trailers to dry vans, as well as heavy and light machinery. Duties range from suctioning and cleaning containers to bulk pick-ups, as well as several other services in between. You’ll also be responding to emergency events such as train derailments, fires, natural disasters, traffic accidents, or industrial spills.
