Job Details: Scheduled hours: PRN, all shifts Job Description: The House Supervisor is responsible for the Nursing activities and assignment of duties on their assigned shift and to ensure continuity of services and quality care. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Experience/Skills: • Sufficient previous clinical experience in area of specialty with proven managerial skills. Strong clinical background. Management experience preferred, but not required. • Demonstrates knowledge of current policies and procedures of standard patient care. Licensure/Certification: • Current license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa and complies with all guidelines within the scope of a RN. • BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. • NRP, TNCC and CPI preferred.
