The Protiviti Global L&D team provides exceptional development opportunities for our people beginning with each individual’s first day on the job continuing throughout their career. You will make an impact by applying exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, communication skills, administration skills, and event planning expertise to multiple projects helping to improve the efficiency in learning administration and enhance learner experiences. You are energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly, comfortable in a dynamic environment, adept at balancing multiple priorities, and nimble and positive in responding to change. You are tenacious and have a hunger for supporting team members in executing tasks that deliver results on time and that meet or exceed the goals. What You Will Do: Design, plan, and deliver high-impact, memorable learning experiences within budget by managing all pre-event, event, and post-event details seamlessly with program leaders, meeting planners, vendors, participants, facilitators, executive leaders and more Execute exciting live virtual and in-person learning experiences by demonstrating strong professionalism and high energy Produce live virtual training sessions, including management of break-out rooms, polling, chat, and other classroom features; manage the complete virtual event process and live logistics Provide technical support to presenters and attendees Monitor and evaluate event performance to accomplish learning objectives and make recommendations for continuous improvement Coordinate with senior leaders and various teams to develop a calendar that supports initiatives and aligns scheduling Collaborate with program leaders and subject matter experts to plan, prepare content and deliver extended learning programs Establish, develop, and maintain relationships internally with stakeholders Stay up to date on best practices and new trends in events and learning When travel and in-person learning events resume, this role may have travel expectations up to 40-50% As the Learning & Development team is global, you may occasionally be required to work outside typical business hours to accommodate meetings across multiple time zones.
