2 - WDAY is Hiring a Customer Care Associate Near Mitchell, SD

The Mitchell Republic/Worthington Globe has an immediate opening for a Customer Care Associate to join our team to help support our staff that sells cutting edge marketing solutions to local advertisers. This is a support position working closely with our Advertising Director, Media Consultants, Editorial Staff, Creative Design, and Production teams within both our Mitchell Republic and Worthington Globe locations so the work location of this position can be in either of those offices. This will be a hybrid position which will enable flexibility of both in-office and remote working environments for the potential candidate. This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our Advertising Director and Media Consultants who are selling marketing solutions to local advertisers.
  • Provide support documentation for print and online advertising options customized to each client.
  • Provide demographic display marketing and other digital solution reports and supporting data.
  • Assist in data entry for all clients. 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once as well as be willing to work on new projects.
  • Ability to work well under multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • A basic understanding of print and online advertising products is desirable.
  • Accuracy is a must.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required.
