The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will assist the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in the overall supervision and administration of 1st Choice Healthcare. The COO will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of 1st Choice Healthcare clinic sites. The Chief Operating Officer will assure that all administrative functions of 1st Choice Healthcare are adhered to according to 1st Choice Healthcare policy and regulations. This person will manage people well and have the respect of the team. Must be able to make decisions and be able to deal with a variety of situations or problems.This is a Safety Sensitive Position.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience in a clinical setting

Management experience

Knowledge of federally qualified health center operations, HIPAA and Corporate Compliance a plus

Must be able to travel in and out of state for meetings
