1Mosaic Inc is Hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator (FT) Near Nashville, TN
- Conduct interview to understand Patient’s oral health history, concerns, and objectives.
- Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment, address patient concerns, and answer all questions.
- Assist patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment.
- Build trust and understand the patient’s objectives.
- Conduct financial consultations with all new patients and with existing patients when new treatment plans are presented.
- Understand practice’s policies on working with dental benefit plans and be prepared to educate patients on their benefits.
- Schedule patient treatment, appointments; reschedule patients that miss their appointment and call patients that have not completed treatment.
- Manage the Doctor and Hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time.
- Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals.
- Check patients in and out.
- Answer and return all incoming calls from patients.
- Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Doctor and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors.
- Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPPA laws and guidelines with regards to patient’s records.
- Previous Dental Front Office experience Required.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs to include Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge and experience with dental treatment plans and insurance requirements required.
- Experience with Eaglesoft Required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
