Job Summary: Job Description: Responsibilities: We’re seeking a Clinic Support Staff position to join our team! As a Clinic Support Team Member you will: assist the Licensed Therapist with the unskilled care of all Therapy Patients, inpatient or outpatient responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and organization of all therapy equipment and supplies. Assist in patient treatment setups, including traction, hot packs, cold packs, IFC, weights, and other equipment Clean areas after patient treatments and assist in the cleaning and folding of linen Requisition of supplies and equipment Assist with infection control cultures of all hydro tanks and other infection control requirements Demonstrate proper transfer techniques Monitors patient’s status during treatment and promptly notifies therapists of changes in patient condition Other Duties as assigned Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate will Have: High school diploma Ability to actively listen and respond professionally to feedback Ability to use appropriate verbal, nonverbal, and written communication with all individuals in the workplace Demonstrated a willingness and ability to give and receive feedback Physical Demands: Maintain and assume a variety of positions including, frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, reaching forward and overhead, turning, and movement of the trunk and neck in all directions. Perform manual material handling and manipulation of various sizes and weights including, lifting and transferring patients, guarding and balancing patients on level/uneven surfaces/ramps/stairs, pushing and pulling to provide resistance and to assist in maneuvering patients Safely lift up to 50 pounds independently Safely lift up to 200 pounds with assistance Safely push and pull up to 200 pounds Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $17.00/hour to $18.00/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
